AMP™ Real-time PCR Series is providing optimizing system for easy-use using intercalating reagent in real-time PCR amplification. Included AMP™ h-Taq DNA Polymerase helps accurate and reliable result to enable target-specific amplification due to its HotStart characteristic by inhibition of primer- dimer or non-specific binding. Optional or mixed fluorescent dye, EvaGreen™ is available to use as an intercalating reagent, even though high resolution melting (HRM) analysis is applicable for genetic analysis such as SNP genotyping, mutation discovery or CpG methylation.
