SEQ-TempliGen™ Phi29 DNA Polymerase, a replicative polymerase from Bacillus subtilis phage phi29, has high fidelity through 3’ -> 5’ exonuclease activity that enables proofreading, and also it has high processivity in amplification up to 70kb. SEQ-TempliGen™ Phi29 DNA Polymerase is suitable for amplification of circular DNA and whole genomic DNA using its MDA and RCA mechanism. Obtained circular DNA or genomic DNA can be used sequencing reaction or further downstream genetic analysis directly without additional step.
