Multiple displacement amplification (MDA) method
SEQ-TempliGen™ WGA Kit is the best optimized product for accurate and fast amplification up to 106 fold of whole genomic DNA within few hours from small amount of genomic DNA sample without expensive equipment. The whole genomic DNA amplification is performed by phi29 DNA polymerase with an isothermal MDA mechanism, therefore it has high proofreading due to its strong 3’ to 5’ exonuclease activity. The amplified genome can be directly applied, without further purification to the downstream genetic analysis works including PCR, genotyping and library construction. SEQ-TempliGen™ WGA Kit is provided with the best optimized buffer system in accordance with easy and simple protocol for amplification.
