AMP™ Taq PLUS DNA Polymerase

General PCR / routine PCR
High purified DNA Polymerase
Optimized buffer system

Description

AMP™ Taq PLUS DNA Polymerase, one of the most useful in general PCR, is a thermostable DNA polymerase from Thermus aquaticus that possesses 5′ to 3′ polymerase activity through Appolon’s unique high purification process. It is the engineered Taq DNA polymerase which has high sensitivity to a template enabling PCR amplification from low concentrated template DNA. The AMP™ Taq PLUS DNA Polymerase is supplied with 10x Taq PLUS optimized buffer and qualified dNTP, which are designed for various PCR conditions such as routine PCR, RT-PCR for diagnosis or TA cloning. The optional 5x Band Doctor™ helps amplification of difficult PCR caused by high GC content or complex template structure.
